Family Offense

Family Offense

Sometimes, family members commit crimes against each other.

Depending on the type of crime, and depending on the relationship between the two people, the crime could be considered a “Family Offense”. The victim of the family offense can go to Family Court to ask for an Order of Protection against the other person.
