In New York State, the New York Courts, LawHelpNY and several nonprofit legal aid programs make online forms available for individuals who do not have a lawyer, and pro bono attorneys and staff helping clients who cannot afford lawyers. Below, you can find blank forms to print and online programs that help you create the forms you need.
